What are the trademark application requirements?
Your name
Address, city, state, country and zip code.
Telephone number.
Email address (recommended for ease of contact if examining attorney should need to contact you).
Country of citizenship.
What type of entity your business is.
The state where you conduct business.
Date of first use.
Your class number for the products or services you offer. (Each class is $325 US Government Fee).
If you are not already using the trademark you will need to provide proof that you intend to use the trademark, and the date of intended use.
If you have a logo you are registering in the trademark application you will need to email the logo to
